Hi ya'll! I thought it was time to break from the heavy stuff :D
I've been running a mile almost every day recently to get more endurance and speed. It was for a goal oriented running program on the Dragons in our Midst forum. Anyone wanna run with me?
So far, my best time for a mile is nine minutes and twenty-two seconds. My best time for a half mile is four minutes and forty-two seconds, but I went over .1 mile.
I'm usually out of breath at the end of my mile and I look like someone dumped water on me, but ts worth it.
Running made me feel much fresher. I am more awake and active, and I wake up earlier for my exercises.
