Interview: Becca!

This week our featured blogger is Becca, blogkeeper of chocolate+puppies+books+b(r)others=BECCA'S LIFE
Becca Leslie is an awesome gal of faith who has had more patience with me than what I deserve. I actually forgot about her interview, and Becca was gracious enough to gently remind me. So, thank you, Becca!

Now, to the interview, all!

Prism: What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
Becca: Ooh, hard to say- I've done plenty of crazy things! =) I'd have to say that my dancing is probably the craziest thing about me. Which is why I never dance in public. At all. Never. Period.

Prism: What do you consider to be your talents/hobbies?
Becca: Everybody tells me that I'm a great writer. My math teacher was probably the most enthusiastic. I'm pretty sure that she thought that I was the next Rick Riordan or something! But seriously, I L-O-V-E to write. Seeing a freshly sharpened pencil and a blank Staples notebook makes my heart beat faster, ya know? I'm currently writing a twist on the nursery rhyme "Mary Had a Little Lamb" for my little brothers. Mary's a secret agent, the lamb is actually a ferret with a bunch of cotton balls super-glued to it's fur, and- oops! My secrets are revealed! Sorry, I can't say much more about it anyway, it's nowhere near finished! As an after-thought, I realize that my only other hobby besides making up random words that don't mean anything is singing. I've been in a choir since I was like five. That's pretty long. I L-O-V-E to sing... here I go. I'm ranting again. *sigh* Anywho, my hobbies and talents are these: writing, singing, and making-up-random-words. =)

Prism: If you could be any animal, what would you be? Why?
Becca: Another toughie! I'd probably like to be a bird. They're so wild and free! Plus they can go wherever they want! I guess that ties into "free", huh? Anywho, I'd probably be a cardinal. Born and bred in St. Louis. And they're so bright and cool-looking! Yep, definitely a cardinal.

Prism: What is your favorite color?
Becca: Blue all the way!! *rock-out sign* Clear and bright skies, flowers, plus, it's just about the only color that looks good on me.

Prism: What are your plans this summer?
Becca: To chill with my peeps (or friends, if you use English instead of Becklish), attempt to get a tan without getting sunburned, play with my dog, and go to the beach with my church youth group for RYM (Reformed Youth Ministry).

Prism: How does your faith influence who you are as a person/blogger?
Becca: I think about what I'm writing a lot more on the blog. Also, I try to include things in my writing. Right now, I'm working on a post about my favorite Bible verse and what it means to me. I like to tell people about my church activities, and enjoy doing it. As a person in general, my faith reminds me not to judge people on first sight and other things that I tend to do a lot. It helps me sooo much on an everyday basis!

P: What was your favorite childhood game?
B: I was very imaginative as a child (I still am!), so my favorite game was make-believe. I would pretend to be a dog (of all things!!), and have people scratch me behind the ears or rub my belly. Ah, the good days. As in, "it's GOOD that they're over"!! =)

P: Are you an organized person?
B: Occasionally. (I'm so straight-forward, right?) Like I live without picking up anything in my room for a couple days, but come Saturday, I'll lock myself in and not come out 'til it's spotless. I guess I'm just that kind of person!

P: Thank you so, so much, Becca!
